Unlicensed financial promotion

Blocked

Investment offers, managed accounts, trading signals, guaranteed returns, or similar regulated promotions require explicit legal and provider approval before any live route.

Sanctions and restricted exposure

Blocked

Sanctioned persons, sanctioned jurisdictions, evasion patterns, third-party payment misuse, and mule activity are blocked or escalated before live link approval.

Misleading sales and chargeback evasion

Blocked

False claims, hidden terms, deceptive call-center scripts, pressure tactics, and attempts to avoid legitimate disputes are prohibited.

Refund and support policy

Review

Physical goods, services, campaigns, and invoices must have clear customer support and refund handling. MonaxPay may require evidence before a route goes live.
